1. About Us

GV Tech Academy is a trade name of Glenvo Technologies Inc. (“we”, “our”, “us”). We provide educational programs including webinars, bootcamps, and professional training related to ERP, CRM, and related technologies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or participating in any GV Tech Academy program (free or paid), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not register or participate.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in our paid programs.

4. Program Registration & Access

• Registration is not considered complete until payment is received where applicable.

• Access details, schedules, and instructions will be provided via email.

• We reserve the right to update program content, delivery format, instructors, or schedules with reasonable notice.

5. Payments

• All fees are listed in the applicable currency and must be paid in full unless an installment plan is approved.

• Payment instructions and accepted payment methods will be communicated during registration.

• GV Tech Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment for non-payment.

6. Installment Payments

Installment payment options may be offered at the sole discretion of GV Tech Academy, a trade name of Glenvo Technologies Inc., for selected programs.

Where installment payments are approved:

• Participants must complete all payments according to the agreed schedule.

• Failure to make any installment payment may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

• All installment payments made are non-refundable once program access has been granted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Refund Policy

• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, program fees are non-refundable once the program has started.

• Refund requests submitted before program start may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• No refunds are provided for missed sessions, partial attendance, or failure to complete the program.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including but not limited to:

• Slides

• Videos and recordings

• Documents and templates

• Course content and curriculum

are the intellectual property of Glenvo Technologies Inc.

You may not copy, share, distribute, record, or resell any materials without prior written permission.

9. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.

We reserve the right to remove any participant, without refund, for:

• Disruptive behavior

• Harassment or abuse

• Unauthorized sharing of materials

• Violation of these Terms

10. No Guarantees

Our programs are educational in nature. Participation does not guarantee:

• Employment or job placement

• Certification

• Promotions or salary outcomes

• Business or financial success

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glenvo Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where Glenvo Technologies Inc. operates, without excluding mandatory consumer protections under local laws.
